is organized in two divisions: Lutgert Development and Lutgert Holdings.
Lutgert Development is responsible for the company’s residential
and commercial real estate development projects. Lutgert Holdings
is responsible for the company’s insurance, real estate brokerage,
title insurance, mortgage and commercial property holdings, acquisitions
and joint ventures, as well as the financial and banking relationships
for all of The Lutgert Companies.

J. Baker serves as President of Lutgert Development. Baker
has been with The Lutgert Companies for thirty one years as Vice
President primarily responsible for the development of residential
and commercial properties valued at nearly $2 billion dollars.

Howard B.
Gutman serves as President of Lutgert
Holdings. Gutman is a twenty-eight year veteran of The Lutgert Companies.
He has held various positions with the company, including Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer.
