A final selection is being added to the Lutgert Legacy on Park Shore Beach: Aria,
the latest addition to the Lutgert Legacy of Great Performances. Aria has been designed to the exacting standards of The Lutgert Companies by the award winning architectural firm of Smith, Barnes, Santiesteban. The exquisite interior design is by Marc-Michaels Associates. Aria will include fifty-two elegantly appointed typical residences and thirteen luxurious penthouse residences. Each residence will be constructed to provide the ultimate beachfront living experience. Marble, granite, and meticulously selected wood finishes installed by gifted artisans will exude the quality, magnificence, and style that have become the Lutgert hallmark.
