Separated from the mainland by beautiful
Venetian Bay, The Lutgert Companies’ Park Shore Beach
creation offers the ultimate in luxury beachfront living.
This high-rise collection borders the pristine beaches of
the Gulf of Mexico, and is artfully arranged amidst five beachside
parks, four open-space commons, and a meandering beach promenade.
The Lutgert designed natural dune system has been honored
as a significant accomplishment in beachfront preservation.
Today, some forty years after Raymond Lutgert first walked
the sands that would become Park Shore Beach, seventeen glimmering
towers stand as evidence of the Lutgert Legacy. Each is a
virtuoso performance in its own right. Collectively they comprise
an unparalleled body of work designed for the most discriminating
of residents.
Park Shore
In 1964 that Raymond L. Lutgert began a
visionary project that transformed 760 acres bordering 1-1/4
miles of Naples beachfront into one of the most prestigious
communities in all of Florida. Ultimately named Park Shore,
Raymond Lutgert’s community was the first Planned Unit
Development in the state, and served as a model for subsequent
developments. His innovative thinking and attention
to detail, the uncompromising beauty of his finished product,
and his unwavering commitment to respecting the environment
became the foundation on which the success of the Lutgert
Companies is built.
