Naming of New Vice Presidents
Solidifies Future of Management Team

Named To Support Management Team

The Lutgert Companies Chairman Scott F. Lutgert announced
the promotion of six executives to Vice President status.
The promotions are intended to solidify the future of the
Southwest Florida real estate developer’s management
team and to enhance the company’s relationships with
its clients and business partners. In addition, a Director
of Corporate Communications was named to support the management
team. The new Vice Presidents and the Director of Corporate
Communications will work under the direction of Lutgert Development
President Richard J. Baker and Lutgert Holdings President
Howard B. Gutman. The promotions are effective immediately.

of The Lutgert Companies over the years, and possess the knowledge
and experience needed to sustain that growth in the future.

move forward. I am also pleased to announce the addition of
a Director of Corporate Communications to support the efforts
of our management team.”
The promotions include the following:
Michael T. Hoyt, an 8 year veteran of The
Lutgert Companies, was named Vice President – Development.
Hoyt has served as the Project Manager for all of Lutgert’s
development activities in Bonita Bay.
Kurt Lutgert was named Vice President. He
has been with the company 6 years and most recently served
as Project Manager for Lutgert’s development of the
highly acclaimed Estuary at Grey Oaks community. Prior to
that, he was involved in Lutgert’s residential and commercial
development in Bonita Bay.
Dougall McCorkle will serve as Vice President
– Commercial Properties. McCorkle has been with the
Lutgert Companies 14 years. He has been directly involved
with the design, construction, leasing, marketing and management
of the company’s retail and office developments.
Kimberly Miller has been with Lutgert 15
years. Miller will serve as Vice President – Human Resources
for all of the Lutgert entities.
Larry Mullins will serve as Vice President.
Mullins has held various management positions within The Lutgert
Companies and headed up the Estuary at Grey Oaks project.
He has been with the company 5 years.
Tim Weidle will serve as Vice President
– Residential Development. He has been with The Lutgert
Companies for 15 years, and has been responsible for high
rise construction on the Park Shore Beach.
Kevin Caffrey was named Director of Corporate
Communication. Caffrey will support the management team in
the areas of public relations, media relations, marketing
and advertising. He is a 26-year veteran of the communications
industry and served as President and CEO of a Georgia based
business communications company prior to moving to Naples.
