To Launch Sales Agent Website Program

Naples, Florida Premier Properties of Southwest Florida, Inc.™ REALTORS® announced the upcoming launch of a sales agent website program that will greatly enhance the firm’s customer service capabilities. Using individualized websites developed by Premier’s e-commerce division, Premier’s agents will be positioned to offer their clients personalized contact management and listing updates through an automatic client e-mail property availability notification feature. The sites will also provide community information, including descriptions of specific neighborhoods, and allow homebuyers to compare communities. An About Southwest Florida section on each site will contain extensive databases describing local resources, including local and county governments, utility contacts, schools, golf, fishing, beaches and boating. Each agent website will also offer clients enhanced capabilities for conducting property searches through Premier’s listing database, listings of featured properties and communities, specific agent listings and general MLS listings. The property search feature will also incorporate a “my favorites” function that will allow the user to easily keep track of the properties they want to compare.

Equally important to homebuyers and agents alike is the personalized home search function of the Agent Websites. Premier’s clients will now be able to visit the agent’s site, enter specific preferences into the property search program and be immediately notified by the agent via e-mail when a property matching the preferences becomes available. This system gives the agent the ability to offer an immediate response in a fast paced market.
